Excellent. Let's pray C# and .NET don't crash OS. For the person don't know J2EE: 1. I read the artical carefully and didn't find out what JVM they used(I guess it's microsoft JVM). 2. Some J2EE application servers, such as weblogic, webShpere, have some plateform patch, which can improve the preformance. Apperantly, Microsoft don't know how to run J2EE. 3. Do benchmark by yourself or find result from some university. 4. Random select any web site. If the web page's extend is asp, you will feel the pain. 5. Microsfot has some good stuff but not preformance. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Dong" <johndong@microsoft.com> To: "Dragon (E-mail)" <dragon@ez.swmed.edu> Sent: Thursday, October 25, 2001 9:40 AM Subject: RE: 10th League Sunday game: 12:30pm at Highpoint E, Plano > For those J2EE fans.... > > http://www.gotdotnet.com/team/compare/petshop.aspx > > "We implemented Sun's own J2EE best practices blueprint application, the > Java Pet Store, using C# and Microsoft .NET.
