Thanks for the hotel information. The host will normally help on finding group discount for the visiting teams, though that doesn't mean the deals are the best that may be available. I will contact the host and see if they may already have information about the lodgings and fields(likely the same fields inside the OSU campus as they can get almost free, but won't hurt to ask).
