Dragons, This coming Sunday we will play at Moss Park, field 6, on Greenville Ave. between Royal Lane and Walnut Hill. The opponent is Stans FC with #1 standing currently. If we beat them, we will be on the 1st place then. Last Sunday's game was a pretty good one, even though we tied the game. Team's defense line did not have enough 'healthy' players to begin with. But team only allowed one goal. Bai Qiang had to leave after 1st half to catch a flight, Scott's knee and waist were not healed, myself could not play at all, etc. It was tough! Dong Jian could not call sub till the very end, and Li Huan also had to play the whole game by himself. Zhang Chen had to sub in/out of game numerous times with Frank. I think we were all kind of relieved at the end that we did not loose. It was pretty hard to our defense. And our goalie Eric performed very well though, with a lot of saves! We had been trailing by 1 goal for most of the game, but all players played patiently. At least we did not panic, no complaints were heard on/off field, which shows that we are maturing to a higher level. This is good. We had a few good chances to score more, but did not cash in. The very last goal scored by ZhiGao was a classic beauty, passed by Dick. No hesitations, pass and score! Anyway, so much for the last game. This Sunday please arrive the field #6 at 12:30 pm. Car Pool: Yes. Let's meet at PRC at 11:45am. The 'BUS' leaves at 11:50am. Please let me you know if you are going so that we know who we are waiting for before takeoff. Penalty rule for arriving late still applies. If you are not able to show for Sunday's game or will be late with good causes, please let me know ahead of time so that I can adjust lineups accordingly. Thanks. Go Dragons, Chen, Si (972)814-4631 (M) (972)461-4188 (W) PS, I forget to distribute Dallas Burn vouches again! Also, we can trade Burn tickets using vouches in the NTPSA office during office hours next week. NTPSA night: April 27th at 7:30 pm. At 4:00 pm, prior to the 4/27 game, Newcastle United will take on the Wings in the Amateur Cup Final. So if you are to show, two games with one ticket! I am not sure if we shall organize this as a team event. But please do let me know if you are interested. If I get enough head counts (10 players, w/family?), we can do it as a team event on next Saturday! With some of our team funds!
