Well, it is due to aging..... and most of injuries recently are due to aging, I think. Come at least 15 minutes earlier to warm up, is just a very good idea. Dragons, we need to take good care of our bodies. Drink milk in the morning, taking calcium pills etc. These are very necessary! I had ankle aches, leg bone sores etc. before I started taking calcium. It is gone now. Yes, we need to do something about it before it is too late. BTW, the Injury Release form is currently signed with only half page full, since I missed the other half players playing at NW corner last Sunday. So if you could show up for tonight's practice (or Thursday depending on weather), please have it signed. Otherwise we may have to make some other arrangements, because a player is required to sign the form before he could be registered. Please let me know how you want to handle it.
