Surprised to see so many emails from you guys at this off-season time. Yeah, I vote for Wednesday night too. However, Tom's concern should also be taken into consideration. We can try Wednesday night first. If it doesn't work, we move back to either Tuesday or Thursday. Should we start Dragon's private practice session in January? As we all see, it is pretty difficult to enforce the 9x9 rule or other equivalent rules in either the weekday or the weekend practice. We tried a bunch of time in last 4 or 5 years, but this late comer/earlier quitter issue remains unsolved. It is quite understandable since there are 50+ active players and most of us are buddy. How can you expect people's responsibility grows with the community size? The issue could become manageable to a smaller size community like Dragon. The objective of private practice session is not to isolate Dragon from the whole community. We can still have the practice in the same location with practice time overlapped so that people still have chance to chat before or after the practice. As the new season coming in the way, we do need more organized and intense practice sessions to get us ready for the more competitive new season. Merry Christmas to everyone!
