It is really not my business to say any thing here. But since lots of my friends play there, so...
I think there is main thing missing here, FUN. The team doesn't seem to have fun any more. Too much of techniques and line-ups... Hey guys, your are there to play is because you LOVE to play, enjoy to play is the fundamental, win or loose shouldn't be a big deal, not to mention you will loose anyway, anyhow. The best team of the world loses their game...
Don't worry about your standing, score... Just enjoy the soccer, THE ORIGINAL FOOTBALL, you may surprise to find out how much fun you can have, and what you can get when you are having fun, like our national team...
Go China, and Go Dragon

We had a 'great' and 1st game loss of the season. And FC Devan ended
their 5 loosing stream and had their 1st win!

Yes, we are struggling now in the 30C division, as we all expected when
team decided to move up one more level.

Almost everybody agreed that team just could not score in the 2nd half
and agreed that if we had more players, situation would not have
improved too much!!!

Do not want to repeat what has been said for many many times already,
such as we had total control for 45 min etc. etc..!

We all know our strength and weakness. So after seeing following
symptoms:
1) Only a few shots were made in 45 minutes!
2) Very few cross-over balls from either side!
3) No fighting energy on the front line!
4) Couldn't make a good pass!
5) Couldn't receive a good pass!

I will propose to change the way we play offense, possibly by moving the
players if no improvements are seen!!! Team, we really need to change
the HABIT of team offense.

The very first thing we need to do is to improve team's desire to
'SHOOT', long and mid-range shooting. This will be our main focus during
Thursday's practice.

All, if you think you can be more suitable or willing to try out a new
position, I will be more than happy to do it for you.

I really want to mix up the offense line!

Again, please voice your agreements/disagreements/comments how to
improve the team. I am in trouble now. I need your help. I need team's
help.

Or maybe we are simply too week to be staying in this division? Not
suitable?
