Here are the expenses we had during the LA trip:

400.00 ( team funds)
-150.00 ( deposit)
-126.00 ( Tim spent on snacks, drinks, medicines, etc. )
-105.00 ( two nights at Days Inn for two young men, Li Huan paid )
- 60.00 ( lunch, hamburgers )
- 31.05 ( drinks, fruits)
- 25.49 ( drinks, fruits)
- 16.17 ( drinks )
- 40.66 ( drinks )
-100.00 ( penalty for two red cards)
+ 50.00 ( deposit back)
-----------------------------------------------------
-204.37 ( we have receipts for the record)

I don't think Xiao Ye would mind to cover the short.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Binbing
